Cancellation Policy
TechPrology understands that circumstances may change. However, due to resource allocation and project planning requirements, the following cancellation policy applies.
Before Project Commencement
Clients may request cancellation before work has started.
However, any advance payments, consultation fees, setup charges, domain registrations, hosting purchases, software licenses, or third-party expenses already incurred are non-refundable.
After Project Commencement
Once a project has started, no cancellation requests will be accepted.
Any outstanding payments due under the agreed proposal or contract shall remain payable.
Service Subscriptions
Monthly or annual service plans may be discontinued at the end of their billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a subscription period.
TechPrology reserves the right to cancel or suspend services in cases of:
Non-payment
Fraudulent activity
Violation of company policies
Illegal use of services
