  1. ACCEPTANCE OF SERVICES

By purchasing, subscribing to, or using any service provided by TechPrology, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

  1. SERVICE SCOPE

All services provided by TechPrology are based on the proposal, quotation, agreement, email communication, or project documentation shared with the client.

Any additional work requested outside the agreed scope may result in additional charges and revised timelines.

  1. PAYMENTS
  • All invoices must be paid according to the payment schedule provided.
  • Project work may not begin until the required advance payment has been received.
  • Late payments may result in project suspension or service interruption.
  • TechPrology reserves the right to withhold project files, website access, source code, or deliverables until all outstanding payments are cleared.
  1. NO REFUND POLICY

ALL PAYMENTS MADE TO TECHPROLOGY ARE FINAL.

TechPrology follows a strict No Refund Policy. Once payment has been made for any service, package, subscription, consultation, development project, maintenance plan, hosting service, digital marketing campaign, software solution, or custom work, it is considered final and non-refundable.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • Project cancellation by the client
  • Delays caused by the client
  • Business closure
  • Lack of expected sales or revenue
  • Dissatisfaction due to subjective preferences
  • Partial use of services
  • Unused service periods
  • Hosting, domain, software, or third-party costs
  • Digital marketing results
  • SEO rankings
  • Website performance expectations

By purchasing any service from TechPrology, the client expressly agrees to this No Refund Policy.

  1. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate project information
  • Supply required content, images, documents, and approvals on time
  • Respond to project communications promptly
  • Ensure ownership or authorization for all materials supplied

TechPrology shall not be responsible for delays resulting from client inactivity or delayed responses.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • TechPrology retains ownership of all proprietary frameworks, methodologies, templates, systems, and internal development tools.
  • Clients receive rights only to the final deliverables upon full payment.
  • Unauthorized copying, resale, redistribution, or modification of TechPrology’s proprietary assets is prohibited.
  1. HOSTING & THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

TechPrology may recommend or integrate third-party services including:

  • Domain Registrars
  • Hosting Providers
  • Payment Gateways
  • Cloud Platforms
  • APIs
  • Plugins
  • Software Licenses

TechPrology is not responsible for downtime, service interruptions, pricing changes, third-party policy changes, or security breaches occurring on third-party platforms.

  1. PROJECT TIMELINES

Project timelines are estimates and may vary depending on:

  • Client feedback
  • Scope changes
  • Technical requirements
  • Third-party dependencies

TechPrology shall not be liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechPrology shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of revenue
  • Loss of profits
  • Business interruption
  • Data loss
  • Loss of goodwill
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Cyber attacks
  • Third-party failures
  • Search engine ranking fluctuations
  1. SERVICE SUSPENSION & TERMINATION

TechPrology reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without prior notice if:

  • Payment obligations are not met
  • The client engages in abusive, illegal, fraudulent, or unethical conduct
  • The client violates these Terms & Conditions

No refunds shall be issued following suspension or termination.

  1. CONFIDENTIALITY

TechPrology will make reasonable efforts to protect confidential information shared by clients.

However, no online system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, and TechPrology shall not be liable for unauthorized access beyond its reasonable control.

  1. WEBSITE USE

Users shall not:

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems
  • Upload malicious software
  • Engage in unlawful activities
  • Interfere with website functionality

Violations may result in immediate termination of access and legal action where applicable.

  1. MODIFICATION OF TERMS

TechPrology reserves the right to update, revise, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

  1. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
